"Hello my name is Mr.Quezada and I just want to say that Carole from the David Carrubba State Farm Branch is the best insurance agent there, she has helped me and my family get the best possible coverage for our vehicles, and I would like to clarify a situation where I made a complaint I called after hours and my agent State Farm David Carrubba was closed and got forwarded to the after hours representatives through State Farm and I did leave a bad review on that particular agent, but not from my local insurance agency. Please adjust any performance ratings from my preferred agent Carol and the David Carrubba Insurance Company, Carol has always been patient to all my concerns with myself as well as my mother, who is hard to deal with and I love her expertise, experience but most of all is her personal relationship with us, and most likely with every individual covered through the David Carruba State Farm Ins Company. And please remove any negative reviews on my behalf, because it’s false and no one has forced me to make this adjustment or review it’s all being done with my free will. Thank you Mr. J. Quezada"

"Poor service, they will happily take your money but after that it takes weeks to get simple COI out of them. Dont expect a call back if you leave your number Update, they claim that they called back but I have my phone records too and nobody bothered to call back"
